Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production activities in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle production operations including Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling.
- Verify cleaning and operation of production equipment, containers, accessories and instruments as per SOP and BMR.
- Ensure proper documentation including BMR, logbooks and production records.
- Maintain production areas and equipment in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Verify status labels for equipment, materials, instruments and production areas.
- Minimize production losses during manufacturing activities.
- Conduct equipment trials after preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor environmental conditions, pressure differentials and calibration status of instruments.
- Ensure proper material handling and rejection management as per GMP guidelines.
- Perform SAP data entry for production activities.
- Monitor storage and labelling of tools, spare parts and change parts.
- Perform and document in-process quality checks in BMR and logbooks.
- Report equipment defects or operational issues to senior personnel.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- B.Pharm degree
- 1โ3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Experience in OSD manufacturing operations
- Basic understanding of SAP production documentation
