Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:

- Support Medical Education programs and training activities.
- Assist in organizing medical education courses.
- Gather and analyze data from training programs.
- Develop understanding of medical education strategies.
- Support budgeting and planning for educational initiatives.
- Understand customer profiles and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
- Learn training workstreams and product education processes.
- Build knowledge of Stryker products and procedures.
- Understand competitor landscape and customer needs.
- Follow internal branding and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve educational programs.
- Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers (0+ years experience) are eligible.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
