Job Responsibilities
Production (Coating / Packing)
- Oversee coating and packing processes for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production schedules to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues to ensure product integrity.
- Support audits and compliance with SOPs.
Quality Control (HPLC, Stability, Raw Material, Sampling)
- Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and stability testing.
- Analyze raw materials and conduct sampling for quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacopoeial standards.
- Prepare detailed reports for quality control processes.
Engineering (HVAC Operator)
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems for cleanroom environments.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Production: B.Pharma or M.Pharm with 2-5 years of experience in coating or packing.
- QA: B.Pharma or M.Pharm with expertise in IPQA and 2-4 years of experience.
- QC: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharm with experience in HPLC, stability testing, or raw material analysis.
- Engineering: ITI or B.Tech with 2-3 years of experience in HVAC operations.
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
