๐ Key Responsibilities
As an Officer – Quality Control, you will be responsible for:
- Performing analytical testing of raw materials, finished products, stability, in-process, validation, and miscellaneous samples.
- Following SOPs, ATPs, and STPs while ensuring Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintaining data integrity and planning workload to meet QC productivity targets.
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining laboratory instruments as per SOP.
- Recording results, performing LIMS entries, and ensuring compliance with GLP.
- Reporting non-compliance, deviations, or equipment breakdowns to section heads.
- Handling QC software like Empower, EWS, LMS.
- Assisting in lab upkeep, safety practices, and reagent/chemical management.
๐ Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm in relevant field.
- Experience Required: 2โ4 years in Quality Control (pharma industry).
- Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of GLP, GDP, LIMS
- Hands-on experience with QC instruments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
