Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users.
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Knowledge of JIRA or equivalent project management tools.
- Hands-on experience in testing, validation, and UAT activities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
