Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support clinical data management activities and assist Data Managers in maintaining clean and accurate clinical trial databases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review clinical trial data through Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS) or external data listings.
- Ensure captured clinical trial data follows protocol requirements and the Data Management Plan.
- Provide input into and review Data Management Plans.
- Generate data queries for investigational sites, vendors, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and client representatives.
- Review query responses, resolve discrepancies, and update databases under the supervision of the Data Manager.
- Support the development of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and edit check specifications.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of CRFs and associated edit check specifications.
- Assist with UAT of study-specific data listings.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to CRF, edit check, and data listing testing.
- Perform initial and follow-up testing to verify that required changes have been implemented.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited institution.
- A degree in a technical, clinical, or healthcare-related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may also be considered.
Experience Requirements:
- 0–3 years of practical experience using commercial Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS) and/or Electronic Data Capture (EDC) products.
- 1–2 years of practical customer service experience.
- 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
