Key Responsibilities

As a Consumer Complaint Management professional, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end consumer complaint files using Veeva CCM.
  • Assign complaint cases and monitor workflow completion.
  • Review complaint records for completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate investigations and collect additional information when required.
  • Route complaint files for supervisor review and approval.
  • Handle global consumer complaints for Oral Care products.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R&D, Global Consumer Relations, Product Supply, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support CAPA activities and continuous quality improvement.
  • Monitor complaint trends to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

  • B.Pharm degree.
  • 1โ€“6 years of experience in Consumer Complaint Management.
  • Experience with Veeva CCM or similar complaint management software.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Understanding of CAPA and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with global cross-functional teams.
