Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Apprentice MSAT at Pfizer, you will:
- Represent your unit on administrative matters, interpreting and implementing policies.
- Perform administrative tasks across functional areas to boost efficiency.
- Support event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Execute digital campaigns with Marketing and Medical teams.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, focusing on user experience.
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Provide analytical insights and track KPIs to support decision-making.
Focus is on supporting and optimizing manufacturing rather than just operating machines.
Works on:
- Process improvement & troubleshooting
- Technology transfer from R&D to production
- Supporting regulatory compliance during manufacturing
- Documentation, data analysis, and process validation
Acts as a bridge between R&D scientists and production teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or commercial roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and workflow prioritization.
