Key Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist at Novumgen, you will:
- Conduct literature searches and prepare detailed literature reports.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for drug products using QbD principles and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform routine analytical research activities, including the analysis of development and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain advanced analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, IR, Dissolution, and GC.
- Review and interpret experimental data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot testing methods, stability studies, and test results.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, solubility studies, forced degradation studies, and reverse engineering studies.
- Prepare and review specifications, method of analysis procedures, and analytical development reports.
- Execute analytical method validation activities as per regulatory standards.
- Address queries from regulatory agencies.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: B. Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy/MSc in Analytical Chemistry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
- Proficiency in QbD (Quality by Design) and DoE (Design of Experiments).
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, IR, GC, and Dissolution instruments.
- Soft Skills:
