Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will:
- Develop Veeva Clinical reports, dashboards, and BI analytics.
- Create clinical reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Manage reporting tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support clinical teams with reporting, visualization, and analytics.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
- Assist with clinical trial reporting and data review.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Support data governance, cleansing, and quality initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and validation.
- Perform KPI monitoring, compliance reporting, and gap analysis.
- Support AI tools, automation initiatives, and analytics platforms.
- Work closely with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements across clinical systems.
Senior Specialist Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide reporting adoption initiatives.
- Design and maintain standardized reporting templates.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Review reporting outputs.
- Represent the Clinical Analytics team during cross-functional meetings.
- Support compliance monitoring and reporting strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical analytics or clinical systems experience (Specialist).
- Minimum 4โ5 years for Senior Specialist.
- 1โ2 years of data entry experience.
- Knowledge of clinical research workflows.
