Responsibilities of the Role

As a Researcher (Drug Master) at Norstella, you will be responsible for content processing and development through secondary research and analysis, maintaining the quality of existing content, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Business/Customer: Developing understanding of business models and processes, gaining knowledge of the Fusion authoring tool, and strengthening familiarity with business processes, operating procedures, and research and analysis of clinical trials, drug profiles, patent profiles, company profiles, deals and finance, trial site, and principal investigator information.
2. Process: Researching, verifying, and validating data and information from various sources, writing and updating drug profiles based on research findings, meeting individual productivity and quality targets, and collaborating with team members and managers on special project requirements.
3. People: Actively participating in team initiatives, presenting thoughts and ideas, coordinating with team members for work completion, and reporting to the Manager on performance status and any escalations.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

1. Education: A graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medical sciences, or an equivalent degree. Sector-specific qualification is an added advantage.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Fundamental Analysis and MS Office Suite.
3. Experience: Fresh graduates or PG students with a strong academic record and research experience.
