Job Description
Department: Synthetic R&D Process/Peptide/(API)
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Jr Manager

Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Work Location: MSN R&D Center, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
Role & Responsibilities
As part of the R&D team, you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of chemical processes for APIs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Chemical Development and Process Optimization
- Engage in R&D activities focusing on chemical development and process optimization.
- Develop scalable processes from laboratory scale (milligrams) to production scale (kilograms).
2. Synthesis and Scale-Up
- Utilize your expertise in synthetic chemistry to work on projects ranging from small-scale synthesis to large-scale production.
- Apply knowledge of synthetic pathways, including various name reactions and mechanisms.
3. Process Development
- Optimize and scale up chemical processes to improve efficiency and yield.
- Work on process development, focusing on creating cost-effective and robust methods for API production.
4. Chromatographic Techniques
- Utilize chromatographic techniques for the isolation and purification of compounds.
- Apply your skills in different chromatographic methods to enhance product quality.
5. Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Report findings and progress to senior management and contribute to project documentation.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 1-8 years of relevant experience in chemical development, process optimization, and scale-up.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of synthetic chemistry, process development, and chromatographic techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with complex chemical reactions and optimize processes for large-scale production.
