• Manage clinical trial payments aligned with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
• Utilize Greenphire application for payment tracking and execution
• Process investigator/site payments accurately and on time
• Coordinate with US-based CRO teams via calls and emails
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment schedules
• Resolve discrepancies in clinical research payments workflows
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRO industry
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenphire payments system
• Experience in CTA payment processing
• Ability to work in US shift timings
