Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – FAR&D, you will be responsible for:
- Method Development & Validation: Undertake method development, troubleshooting, and validation in compliance with GMP and ICH guidelines.
- Quality Documentation: Write cGMP quality documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), laboratory equipment procedures, and investigational protocols.
- Analytical Techniques: Operate advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution, KF, and IC for sample analysis.
- Non-Conforming Sample Investigation: Investigate non-conforming samples, implement CAPAs, and evaluate data for reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve organizational goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques like HPLC, Dissolution, KF, and IC.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work in a GMP-compliant environment.
