Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and leading clinical data activities across assigned studies and clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage data cleaning activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Develop and implement query management strategies with client and CRO data managers.
- Maintain data cleaning schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor database lock timelines and complete reconciliations before data lock.
- Analyze clinical data discrepancies and update databases according to protocol and GCP requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide direct responses and recommendations to clients regarding data-related requests.
- Lead communication and escalation processes when discrepancies may affect timelines.
- Review study statements of work and ensure compliance with study protocols.
- Perform quality checks on database revisions and client responses.
- Generate and review clinical database reports.
- Support implementation of global clinical data management processes and procedures.
- Work in a multicultural, global, and customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- Master’s Degree in Science preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience in the clinical research industry.
