Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintain high-quality CRM and MDM customer data.
- Standardize, cleanse, validate, and de-duplicate records.
- Process Customer Data Change Requests (DCRs).
- Apply business rules and compliance requirements.
- Verify customer and healthcare provider information through email and phone communication.
- Maintain synchronization between CRM and MDM platforms.
- Coordinate with IT teams through Service Requests.
- Handle GDPR-related customer data requests.
- Perform daily database maintenance and quality checks.
- Review peer data quality activities.
- Prepare reports and data quality metrics.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Around 3 years of experience in Data Stewardship or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to follow SOPs and documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience working in collaborative teams.
- Basic knowledge of Jira or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
