Job Description
- Line Activities: Manage and supervise the manufacturing line activities for injectable products such as vials, cartridges, lyophilizers, PFS, and BFS.
- Aseptic operations: Have a fundamental awareness of aseptic procedures, which provide the greatest levels of cleanliness and safety.
- CIP & SIP: Understand the Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) processes.
- Machine Settings: Control and alter machine settings to ensure the optimum line speed and effective production.
- Production and Packaging: In charge of ensuring that production and packaging changeovers are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean and ensure that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each shift.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure that production equipment functions properly.
- Quality Control: Remove any broken products or supplies to retain their integrity.
