🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Perform basic performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Support clients in a client–server architecture environment
- Analyze data using MS SQL, Python, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide timely support aligned with US EST working hours
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product issues
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and platforms
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong foundation in MS SQL (queries, joins, procedures)
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Understanding of client–server architecture
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake
- Basic cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of JavaScript
- Exposure to any programming language design/implementation
- SQL Certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in client-facing technical support roles
