The Clinical Data Specialist position in Thane, Maharashtra, is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals passionate about clinical data management. The role requires providing comprehensive data management expertise to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team. Responsibilities in the Role
- Data Operations Coordination: Act as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for a single protocol or oversee multiple central laboratory studies.
- Leadership in Specific Tasks: Lead specialized data management tasks, including coding, testing, or database design, under guidance.
- Support Roles: Serve as a backup to DOC or Data Team Lead (DTL).
- Data Review and Clarifications: Conduct data reviews, write, and resolve data clarifications.
- Database Management: Lead database audits, develop and test databases, and create edit specifications.
- Testing and Coding: Perform programming tests and clinical data coding.
- Compliance and Collaboration: Adhere to core operating procedures and maintain effective communication with CDM teams.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
