Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management
- Handle the complete peer review and editorial publishing workflow.
- Coordinate manuscript processing activities from submission to publication.
- Ensure smooth communication between authors, reviewers, and editors.
Publication Ethics & Quality
- Maintain high standards of publication ethics and editorial accuracy.
- Verify manuscript compliance with journal guidelines and policies.
- Support ethical publishing practices and transparent editorial operations.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide timely support to authors, reviewers, and journal editors.
- Resolve editorial and publishing queries efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless publication experience for all stakeholders.
Performance & KPI Management
- Meet journal turnaround time targets and operational KPIs.
- Maintain service excellence and process efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
