This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on expertise in Trial Master File (TMF) systems and regulatory compliance within clinical research environments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical trial documentation
- Perform TMF quality checks (QC) and periodic reviews
- Collaborate with clinical operations teams to ensure proper document filing
- Work extensively on Veeva Vault eTMF platform
- Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness
- Track document lifecycle and resolve TMF-related discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in clinical research or clinical operations
- Strong hands-on experience in Clinical Trials and TMF/eTMF management
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault eTMF is mandatory
- Good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Experience in document management systems (DMS)
- Candidates must be currently in Bangalore
- Must be serving notice period
