This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on expertise in Trial Master File (TMF) systems and regulatory compliance within clinical research environments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical trial documentation
• Perform TMF quality checks (QC) and periodic reviews
• Collaborate with clinical operations teams to ensure proper document filing
• Work extensively on Veeva Vault eTMF platform
• Support audit readiness and inspection preparedness
• Track document lifecycle and resolve TMF-related discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in clinical research or clinical operations
• Strong hands-on experience in Clinical Trials and TMF/eTMF management
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault eTMF is mandatory
• Good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience in document management systems (DMS)
• Candidates must be currently in Bangalore
• Must be serving notice period
