Key Responsibilities
- Define business and system requirements through research and analysis.
- Develop and modify moderately complex information systems.
- Analyze business and user needs.
- Document system and business requirements.
- Identify and resolve existing system logic issues.
- Support effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Understand the business impact of technology within the current environment.
- Guide less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Knowledge of business-wide applications and internal operational applications.
- Ability to understand client requirements and underlying systems and processes.
- Knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
