Key Responsibilities

- Manage machine translation workflows.
- Proofread and post-edit machine-translated regulatory content.
- Perform quality reviews for translated documents.
- Configure Regulatory Intelligence portals for new clients.
- Handle user access and role management.
- Process service requests and change management activities.
- Collaborate with Offering Management and Sales teams.
- Maintain client deliverables within quality and timeline requirements.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare status reports.

- Resolve operational issues proactively.
- Support continuous enhancement of Regulatory Intelligence products.
