Key Responsibilities
As an IMS Specialist I (Clinical Operations) at Syneos Health, you will:
- Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms.
- Process investigator grant payments through Accounts Payable.
- Reconcile project funding with global clinical teams.
- Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payment compliance.
- Perform Excel-based grant tracking and invoice validation.
- Support sponsor invoicing and financial forecasting activities.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate coding of third-party invoices.
- Generate financial reports for audits and compliance.
- Assist during internal and external financial audits.
- Support knowledge sharing and training on standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
