Key Responsibilities

As an IMS Specialist I (Clinical Operations) at Syneos Health, you will:

  • Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms.
  • Process investigator grant payments through Accounts Payable.
  • Reconcile project funding with global clinical teams.
  • Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payment compliance.
  • Perform Excel-based grant tracking and invoice validation.
  • Support sponsor invoicing and financial forecasting activities.
  • Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate coding of third-party invoices.
  • Generate financial reports for audits and compliance.
  • Assist during internal and external financial audits.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training on standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1โ€“2 years of relevant industry experience are preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in invoice processing or financial reconciliation is an advantage.
