Key Responsibilities โ ICQA Research Analyst
As an ICQA Research Analyst at Amazon, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) activities
- Conducting detailed data analysis and root cause investigations
- Using Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and research
- Supporting warehouse operations through process audits and compliance checks
- Identifying gaps in inventory accuracy and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborating with operations and leadership teams to meet business KPIs
- Ensuring adherence to Amazonโs safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in any discipline
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems and operational metrics
