Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing Environmental Health & Safety operations at the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities for compliance-related activities
- Ensuring adherence to all EHS regulations and statutory requirements
- Implementing safety policies, SOPs, and workplace best practices
- Conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions
- Managing hazard identification and mitigation initiatives
- Overseeing waste management and pollution control activities
- Driving sustainability and environmental safety practices
- Conducting safety training and awareness sessions for employees
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- Relevant EHS certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of industrial safety and environmental regulations
- Good communication and reporting skills
