๐ Key Responsibilities โ Healthcare Data Analyst
- Execute healthcare analytics and research methods based on defined project goals
- Analyze large healthcare datasets, including claims and clinical data
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and field-level data profiles
- Automate and optimize manual analytics workflows
- Create crosswalks between healthcare identifiers (TIN, NPI, provider groups)
- Translate project-specific analytics into repeatable, standardized processes

Education
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience & Skills

- Experience working with large datasets (healthcare claims preferred)
- Familiarity with US healthcare system (advantage)
- Ability to independently manage complex analytical tasks

- Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, SAS (at least one required)
- Exposure to healthcare datasets such as NPPES, Care Compare, HCRIS (plus)
