Key Responsibilities
As a PV Operations ICSR Management Apprentice, you will support end-to-end pharmacovigilance activities including:
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from receipt through expedited reporting.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and internal SOPs.
- Collaborate with Safety Evaluation & Risk Management (SERM), Clinical Operations, and Local Operating Companies.
- Support investigation of quality issues and contribute to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Assist with onboarding activities and technical documentation.
