1. Production – Operator
Job Overview
The Production Operator role is for candidates with hands-on experience in oral solid dosage manufacturing operations. The position requires practical exposure to compression, granulation, O’Hara coating, capsule filling and press fit operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support production equipment used in compression, granulation, coating, capsule filling and related manufacturing activities.
- Follow production procedures and maintain compliance with shop floor requirements.
- Support smooth batch execution as per process and equipment requirements.
- Maintain operational discipline while working in shift-based manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations as per company screening requirements.

2. Packing – Operator
Job Overview

- Carry out bottle packing and blister packing operations as per production plan.
- Operate packing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Support packing line activities while maintaining process and documentation discipline.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of packing tasks.

3. Engineering – Operator
Job Overview
The Engineering Operator position is open for candidates with equipment maintenance and utility systems experience in pharmaceutical or formulation environments. The role requires the ability to support breakdown response, preventive maintenance and engineering compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment related to BPR, Compression, Capsules, Blister and Bottle Packing lines.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Operate and maintain utilities including Low side/HVAC, SOP and cGMP requirements.
- Support breakdown and RCA activities for process equipment.
- Follow safety, SOP and cGMP requirements during engineering operations.
Qualifications
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification suitable for equipment maintenance and utility operations as per company screening requirements.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 3 – 5 Years
- Well versed in equipment maintenance knowledge related to BPR, Compression, Capsules, Blister and Bottle Packing lines.
- Responsible for breakdown maintenance troubleshooting and RCA for all process equipment.
- Perform and maintain preventive maintenance practices as per schedule.
- Follow safety, SOP and cGMP requirements.
4. Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Officer
Job Overview
The Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer role is for candidates with in-process quality assurance experience in formulation manufacturing. Candidates should have working knowledge of sampling, testing, documentation, records, process compliance and GMP/CGMP norms.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality assurance checks during manufacturing and packing operations.
- Conduct sampling and testing as per applicable procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
- Support process compliance and ensure adherence to GMP/CGMP norms.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification suitable for Quality Assurance / IPQA functions as per company screening requirements.
