The selected candidate will work as an individual contributor and support timely achievement of CMC and R&D objectives through analytical method development, validation support, stability activities, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out analytical method development and pre-validation involved in assigned projects, protocols and reports, in compliance with Ferring QMS to achieve project objectives.
- Provide analytical support for formulation development, optimization and scale-up, as applicable to project requirements.
- Support analytical method validation and method transfer activities for assigned projects.
- Prepare and update specifications, STPs, analytical protocols and reports for assigned projects.
- Manage stability study related activities for assigned projects.
- Coordinate outside analysis for routine and characterization tests and review reports for assigned projects.
- Carry out literature searches for analytical and regulatory aspects of assigned projects.
- Review ELN experiments, data, reports and documents generated within the lab and those received from CRO/CMO in line with defined quality standards.
- Support procurement activities related to projects and laboratory requirements, including vendor contact, quotes, URS and Coupa activities.
- Coordinate with facility/vendor teams for instruments and equipment AM, PM and regular maintenance in the analytical lab in line with defined quality standards.
Qualification
- M. Pharma/M.Sc. in Pharma Chemistry or equivalent from a reputed university.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of industrial experience in analytical development of formulations.
- Working experience with complex injectables, hydrogels, large molecules, peptides etc. is preferred.
