Key Responsibilities
As a Publishing Support Coordinator, you will:
- Support Education, Reference, and Continuity Books during content development.
- Prepare and manage manuscript submission systems.
- Upload previous edition files and maintain publication records.
- Coordinate contributor agreements for edited books.
- Manage peer-review workflows by sending invitations and reminders.
- Track manuscript progress and provide project status reports.
- Collaborate with editorial, reporting, and information management teams.
- Ensure publishing activities are completed within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate publishing documentation and workflow records.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support throughout the publishing lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
