Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

  • B.Pharm
  • D.Pharm
  • B.Sc. (Science Graduate)
  • MBA

Experience Required

Territory Manager / Territory Business Manager

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

  • Science Graduate/B.Pharm/D.Pharm/MBA
  • Minimum 3 years as ASM.
  • Minimum 8 years as RSM (Pharma experience mandatory).

Area Business Manager / Key Accounts Manager

  • Science Graduate/B.Pharm/D.Pharm/MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Managing customer accounts and expanding business opportunities.
  • Planning territory coverage and executing sales strategies.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing sales reports and market feedback.
  • Leading and supporting field sales activities as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. (Science), or MBA.
  • Relevant pharmaceutical sales experience as specified for the respective role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
