Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting technology transfer activities and ensuring successful commercialization of sterile injectable products.
Major responsibilities include:
- Prepare, review, and approve technical protocols, reports, and product impact assessments.
- Initiate and manage change controls, deviations, incidents, and risk assessments.
- Support technology transfer for new products, commercial batches, scale-ups, and site transfers.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and regulatory teams.
- Prepare and review cleaning validation protocols, reports, assessments, and master plans.
- Prepare Continued Process Verification (CPV) schedules and reports.
- Investigate deviations, OOS, OOT, incidents, and market complaints using root cause analysis.
- Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform manufacturing data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support for sterile injectable manufacturing operations.
- Assist in product transfer between manufacturing facilities with effective risk mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
