The selected candidate will oversee production activities, guide employees, support equipment safety and maintenance, maintain product quality, coordinate training, and assist in incident investigation and process order generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of day-to-day production activities.
- Guide and coach employees, monitor productivity, and oversee regular equipment safety and maintenance.
- Perform batch execution in Semi-solid (Cosmetic/dental and FMCG) and packaging.
- Execute and review Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Handle bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
- Act as a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
- Conduct initial investigation of incidents.
- Generate the process order number.
Qualification
- A Diploma/B.Sc./B. Pharma
- Candidates should preferably be from the FMCG/Cosmetics industry background.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment.
- Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication and training skills for user departments and service providers.
