Cytiva, one of Danaher’s operating companies, is hiring for the position of Analyst – Competitive Intelligence in Bangalore. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in secondary research, competitive intelligence, pharmaceutical research, healthcare research, or life sciences market research.
The Analyst – Competitive Intelligence will join the Customer and Market Insights team and support global stakeholders by monitoring competitors, conducting secondary research, analyzing external information, and converting research findings into actionable competitive insights.
Candidates with a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or another relevant field and approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to review the opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Competitive Intelligence at Cytiva, you will:
- Create and deliver recurring Competitive Intelligence newsletters covering relevant competitor activities.
- Monitor competitor developments and provide timely, accurate, and actionable updates to business stakeholders.
- Use existing AI tools and internal platforms for competitive data collection, monitoring, synthesis, and research.
- Support improvements in automation of Competitive Intelligence processes.
- Assist the Competitive Intelligence team with ad-hoc research and analysis projects.
- Develop knowledge of internal and external databases, research portals, tools, and information sources.
- Ensure reliable and relevant information is incorporated into Competitive Intelligence outputs.
- Develop foundational expertise on important competitors within Cytiva’s business environment.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates should have:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or another relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in secondary research and/or Competitive Intelligence.
- Ability to work effectively within a complex, high-technology business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce thorough and accurate research outputs.
- Good collaboration and communication skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.
