Roles and Responsibilities
ADL Department
• Perform analytical method development and validation activities.
• Execute assay, related substances, dissolution, and solvent testing.
• Calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GCHS, IR, UV, and Dissolution systems.
• Conduct routine analysis and maintain analytical documentation.
• Follow master calibration schedules and quality procedures.
Quality Control Department
• Handle laboratory instruments including HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, DT Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability Tester, Hardness Tester, FTIR, and UV Spectrophotometer.
• Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Participate in method validation and process validation activities.
• Support investigations related to OOS, OOT, incidents, and analytical deviations.
Quality Control – Microbiology
• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water systems, and environmental monitoring samples.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of microbiological results.
• Support regulatory compliance activities within the microbiology laboratory.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
• B.Pharm
• M.Sc
• M.Sc (Microbiology)
• M.Sc (Biotechnology)
Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience as mentioned for the respective positions is mandatory.
