CLINTRIALS SMO is hiring B.Pharm/M.Pharm graduates for the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Trainee role in Bangalore & Tiruchirappalli. This is a career-launching opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on clinical research experience in a hospital-based research environment.
As a CRC Trainee, you will receive mentorship from industry experts and training in:
โ Clinical trial coordination & management
โ Patient recruitment & informed consent procedures
โ Data collection & documentation
โ Regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH guidelines)
โ Adverse event reporting & patient safety monitoring
โ Trial logistics & investigational product management
After 3 months of training, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time CRC position with CLINTRIALS SMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinateย clinical trial activitiesย as per study protocols.
- Screen, recruit, and obtain consentย from eligible participants.
- Accurately record & manageย clinical trial data.
- Maintain communication withย investigators, sponsors & study teams.
- Ensure compliance withย Good Clinical Practice (GCP)ย & ethical guidelines.
- Assist inย regulatory documentation & site audits.
- Overseeย investigational product handling & trial supplies.
Eligibility Criteria
