Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will:
- Collect retrospective and prospective clinical data from hospitals and healthcare partners.
- Review medical records, pathology reports, laboratory reports, treatment records, and genomic reports.
- Standardize clinical datasets using predefined data dictionaries and coding standards.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Manage longitudinal patient datasets including diagnosis, treatment, outcomes, and follow-up.
- Support integration of clinical and genomic datasets.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries.
- Collaborate with clinicians, bioinformaticians, researchers, and product teams.
- Maintain SOPs and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, patient privacy, and data protection regulations.
