This position focuses on US Healthcare Market Access, payer policies, reimbursement research, formulary restrictions, and coverage analysis. Professionals will research healthcare policies and maintain high-quality payer restriction databases using AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Research US healthcare market access and reimbursement policies.
- Analyze payer coverage policies.
- Review Prior Authorization (PA) and Step Therapy (ST) criteria.
- Interpret clinical guidelines and payer documentation.
- Enter and validate restriction policy information accurately.
- Maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist automation workflows using AI.
- Support ad-hoc research projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional policy teams.
Eligibility
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain global CMC regulatory databases.
- Monitor international CMC guideline updates.
- Analyze regulatory changes.
- Compare country-specific requirements with CTD.
- Validate structured regulatory content.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Support Product and Customer Care teams.
- Work with international regulatory experts.
- Improve automation and content quality.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Regulatory Affairs.
- 1โ2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA and ICH regulations.
- Understanding of CMC manufacturing or regulatory affairs.
- Experience with structured databases.
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflows.
- Excellent written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of biologics and small molecules.
- Experience with ANDA, MAA or BLA submissions.
- Regulatory intelligence experience.
- European language skills (preferred).
