Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities under QA leadership.
- Schedule audits, inspections, and meetings with global stakeholders.
- Organize audit documentation and ensure inspection readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance.
- Identify documentation gaps and communicate findings.
- Support audit response preparation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain audit and inspection records in designated repositories.
- Assist with quality assurance projects and documentation libraries.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a GxP-regulated or highly regulated environment.
- Experience managing complex scheduling and coordination activities.
- Exposure to regulatory audits or inspections is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ICH GCP
- 21 CFR Part 11
- 21 CFR 820.20
- ISO 9001
- ISO 13485
- ISO 27001
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
