Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support Project Management teams throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities.
- Support database setup for clinical studies.
- Prepare and maintain study documentation.
- Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking.
- Create and distribute study reports.
- Archive study-related documentation.
- Organize Project Assurance meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
- Assist with financial tracking and invoice reconciliation.
- Support study forecasting reports.
- Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in customer meetings when required.

Required Qualifications
