Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager, you will:
- Support Clinical Project Managers throughout study start-up, execution, and close-out.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Read and interpret clinical protocols and imaging requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and internal project discussions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines and internal workflows.
- Track missing data, documentation, and project queries.
- Provide project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Support logistics for clinical study materials.
- Assist with finance-related activities including invoice follow-ups, forecasting, and scope documentation.
- Generate internal and external project reports.
- Act as Project Manager during temporary CPM absence when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Associate’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
