The BMS International Markets Analytics Analyst will work with complex healthcare and commercial datasets, develop forecasting models, conduct statistical analysis, and translate data into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for sales, demand, and pharmaceutical market trends.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, objectives, and KPIs.
- Conduct research and collect real-world data from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modelling.
- Support digital analytics initiatives and measurement frameworks.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and customer engagement performance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams on data infrastructure, analytical tools, and data pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience
BMS welcomes candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, MIS, Operations Management, or another relevant academic program.
Candidates should ideally have 1–3 years of experience in a similar business analyst or analytics role within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
Relevant knowledge and experience include:
- Pharmaceutical or biopharma business analytics
- Statistical analysis and forecasting
- Real-world data, including clinical and healthcare data
- Large dataset analysis
- Data visualization tools
