Bayer Medical Science Liaison Job Responsibilities

The selected Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for scientific exchange, medical education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Key Thought Leaders (Doctors) through scientific discussions.
  • Disseminate scientific, educational, and clinical research information.
  • Answer scientific and medical queries related to Bayer products.
  • Support advisory boards and collaborate with medical societies.
  • Participate in national and international medical conferences.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Coordinate scientific education programs and medical training sessions.
  • Provide scientific updates regarding clinical studies and publications.
  • Maintain timely activity reports and engagement documentation.
  • Gather medical insights and competitive intelligence.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provide external scientific education and medical training.
  • Support medical affairs initiatives across therapeutic areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess:

  • MBBS
  • MD
  • BDS
  • MDS

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Oncology, Diabetes, or Chronic Kidney Disease.
  • Understanding of clinical trial design and research methodology.
  • Strong scientific communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
