Baxter Research Associate I R&D Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will contribute to advanced pharmaceutical research and analytical characterization activities involving complex injectable formulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced characterization of complex injectable formulations
• Develop, qualify and validate analytical methods
• Conduct sameness studies and routine analytical testing
• Support global Baxter R&D projects
• Execute GLP-compliant analytical studies
• Prepare regulatory submission data
• Work on proteins, peptides, iron formulations, oligonucleotides and carbohydrate-based products
• Manage outsourced studies at CROs and academic institutions
• Coordinate with formulation scientists and cross-functional teams
• Perform literature reviews and scientific data analysis
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN)
• Follow ALCOA++ data integrity principles
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of analytical instruments
• Investigate deviations and support root cause analysis
• Prepare SOPs, method development reports and validation documentation
• Track project timelines and communicate progress to management

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:

Option 1

• 6–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical R&D experience

Option 2
