Key Responsibilities
As an Intake Specialist, Pharmacovigilance, you will support country-level drug safety operations and ensure adverse events are processed according to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect, document, and process local adverse event (AE) reports from multiple sources.
- Perform pharmacovigilance surveillance for new safety information.
- Escalate safety signals according to company procedures.
- Conduct local case triage, including validity assessment and duplicate checks.
- Process case intake within the Pharmacovigilance Safety System (PSS).
- Coordinate with global case processing teams and respond to queries.
- Perform source document redaction while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure complete and accurate safety documentation within PSS.
- Conduct local quality checks for pharmacovigilance cases.
- Download Health Authority safety cases where applicable.
- Support additional PV operational activities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- B.Sc Life Sciences
- M.Sc Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Other relevant Science degrees
OR
- Minimum 3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
