Key Responsibilities

As an Associate – Product Intelligence at Azelis, the selected candidate will support customers and internal stakeholders by providing accurate product and regulatory information. Major responsibilities include:

  • Identify outdated, inconsistent, or missing documentation and coordinate with suppliers or internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate product information, customer responses, documents, trackers, and activity records.
  • Follow defined work instructions, checklists, approval procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Perform quality checks on customer responses, data entries, documentation attachments, and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain service trackers and highlight recurring documentation or process issues.
  • Guide Product Intelligence Support Associates or interns on basic query handling, documentation checks, and process adherence.
  • Coordinate with Product Intelligence, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, GBS, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up on open customer queries and pending dependencies to ensure timely closure.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and adoption of digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
