- Process and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) received from various sources.
- Review adverse-event and safety information for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data entry, case processing and follow-up activities.
- Support adverse event intake and triage according to applicable procedures.
- Perform medical coding using relevant terminology and coding conventions where required.
- Review patient, product, event and medical-history information within safety cases.
- Support the preparation and submission of safety reports within applicable timelines.
- Conduct or support literature screening for potential safety information.
- Perform quality checks on processed safety cases and resolve identified discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate pharmacovigilance documentation and case records.
- Support reconciliation and follow-up activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with safety data review, reporting and other drug-safety activities.
- Follow applicable SOPs, pharmacovigilance procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with pharmacovigilance, medical, regulatory and quality teams.
