Key Responsibilities in the Job

As a Research and Development Specialist, your role will encompass leading innovation and overseeing the development of new products. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Development: Formulating and executing R&D strategies for cosmetics and homecare products.
• Product Development: Managing all phases of product creation, from concept to commercialization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Quality Control: Establishing and maintaining rigorous standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Allocating resources and managing R&D budgets effectively.
• Innovation Leadership: Staying updated on the latest trends in Ayurvedic science, cosmetics, and homecare.

Qualifications Required

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• A proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in research and development, preferably within the cosmetics, homecare, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, formulation techniques, and product development processes.
