ARDEM Incorporated, a US-based global professional services company specializing in Business Process Automation (BPA) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is hiring Medical Data Annotators for its Lucknow division. This is a remote, full-time position with night shift requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Accurately process and annotate medical data from documents.
✔ Maintain 100% data accuracy for all submitted forms.
✔ Escalate issues related to forms to the Reporting Manager promptly.
✔ Attend team meetings regularly and participate actively.
✔ Ensure punctuality, meet daily production targets, and submit logs on time.
✔ Handle client communications and respond to email instructions efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Medical Science.
✔ Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, brand vs. generic medication names.
✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✔ Proficient in computer navigation (web browsing, remote desktop applications).
✔ Ability to self-monitor work quality and processing time.
✔ 1+ years of experience as a Medical Coder, Medical Analyst, or Data Annotator.
Shift Timings:
🌙 Night Shift:
- 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (IST)
- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)
